Moon and Venus in the morning dawn above the central mountain range of the Caucasus (Moon brightest object, Venus left above). They both were in the constellation of Leo (the lion). Regulus, the brightest star in Leo, can be seen above Venus. The moon was in the slim waning phase, but here overexposed.
